I purchased the band of brothers 5 disc dvd boxset on may 31. I received a payment confirmation email, however, it did not include a method of tracking my order nor an estimated arrival date. I ordered the micky mouse clubhouse series in Feburary, went to play the discs the other day and the first 6 won't work,apparently it's the wrong region. Very disappointing

Hello, I ordered a DVD set of the adventures of tintin item number 20091117150006 , there are 11 DVDs inside none of them are working I tried three DVD player with no luck.
